Weekly/Bi-weekly Check-in

This can be a month to month plan as you need.  Once we meet we can go over the best option and you pick what best fits your needs and goals

Monthly Check-in

This plan spans over three months to set goals and work together to accomplish your goals. We can meet when it best works for you during the 3 months. 

Group Setting

A set time-frame for larger goal setting to work together.  After meeting we work on a plan, for the set time arranged which includes group setting and private check-ins.

What services do I offer with Life Coaching?

Life Coaching needs can vary and I am here to help you figure out what best would fit your needs to achieve your goals. We will meet to define how best to work together, and talk about implementing exercise, breathwork, mindfulness, nutrition, sense of well-being, stress management, making community connections, and your own personal development.  Be grounded & use your curiosity to find joy.  Offering services for Teens as well. Mindfulness, study skills, and life skills.
